  • Reiki Healing

    Reiki is a completely safe healing technique that originated from Japan. Reiki is used to treat the whole body by reducing stress, clearing your chakras and releasing stagnant energy to name a few.

  • Crystal Healing

    If you are a person who feels connected to the different energies and healing properties of crystals. You may want to add an additional healing element to your Reiki session. You can amplify your healing by combining crystals to your Reiki session. The practitioner would use crystals on your chakras and any other area of your body open to receive the crystal energy.

  • Healing Circles

    Intention circles are an opportunity to offer gratitude to the universe and open your heart, and chakras to the energy it needs. In intention circles you offer yourself an hour of uninterrupted self care by using affirmations, reflecting and different therapeutic healing techniques. These circles help reduce stress, improve sleep, ground and realign your focus.

  • Master Coaching

    There are three degrees of Reiki healing. Reiki level one, two and Mastery. Reiki level one allows an individual the skills and attunement to provide Reiki healing on themselves. Reiki level two allows an individual the attunement and skills to practice on themselves and others. A Reiki master is trained to attune an individual for all levels while providing the history of Reiki.

    Sound healing is a powerful technique that uses sound through instruments to help heal mind, body and soul. Historically sound healing can help reduce stress, improve focus, reduce chronic pain, and help boost your immune system.
